The Commercial Analytics Team directly embeds in Vista’s Regional organization to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience. You will be an analyst partnering with teams of product, pricing, and marketing experts, where you will bring forward ideas and insights.
We are looking for a driven Lead CRM Analyst which has a consulting attitude to drive important analyses to inform CRM use case strategies. You will be reporting to the Commercial Analytics global lead and be embedded within the NA Customer Strategy team. You will work closely with the EU embedded CRM lead analyst as both teams work very closely in defining globally applicable CRM programs and aligning the work across regions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead analytics to inform our CRM strategic agenda, from greenfield projects and discovery work to more execution-focused programs prioritization and direction, building a strategic point of view and connecting with the right teams across the organization to build solid (and executable) business recommendations.
- Enabling experimentation at scale, you will support the CRM marketing managers in the experimentation design stage and ensure the team has the right tools to efficiently implement, monitor, and collect learnings from the test.
- Drive analytics enablement, ensuring the CRM team has the analytics tools they need to implement the strategies and report on value creation.

- A leader, driving the CRM team’s output: you will be close partner with the head of NA customer strategy and will be heavily influencing project prioritization and focus.
- An owner, solving problems that might appear “out of scope”: you will have to raise your voice if something seems broken and be pro-active to offer solutions.
- An internal consultant, sharing concrete insights to help your business partners make better decisions on the full spectrum of the customer journey.
- A scientist, designing and analyzing a/b/n tests: you will design experiments and analyze results to provide insightful recommendations to the business
- A great teammate, with the ability to coordinate across domains and time zones to see a project through all the way from ideation and analysis to documentation and implementation.
- A storyteller, communicating effectively with all audiences: you will communicate risks and dependencies to help with prioritization, as well as communicating complex analytical concepts to non-technical collaborators to drive data driven decisions. You will use visualization or crisp narratives to deliver your message tailored to your audience.
- A student, learning new techniques when required: you will have to learn new skills to get to the best possible recommendations when required. We’ve got you covered with in-house experts and trainings (unlimited access to LinkedIn learning).
Your Qualifications:

- 5+ years in an analytics environment and a bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced technical skills in SQL (Snowflake), web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics), and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Compelling communication and outstanding stakeholder leadership skills, able to articulate points clearly based on the audience and handle relationships with key business partners effectively, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail and proven record of effectively delivering on projects supporting multiple business partners to make decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Familiar with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or similar experimentation tools.
