WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Help shape the value proposition, vision, and execution of the strategy for your product.
- Work with your team to define product outcomes and key success metrics; ensure they are instrumented & reviewed.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user and business opportunities to be translated into solutions.
- Define product and new features value proposal.
- Constant communication and follow-up of the work in progress with the squad.
- Collaborate with other teams to ideate and deliver our customers the best user experience and solution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to deliver projects with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Work on continuous discovery with the Product Trio to understand better our users.
- Work together with the Product Trio to prioritize user and business opportunities.
- Identify and understand business and market opportunities.
- Document all opportunities and take full ownership of the product section in the Benchmark documents.
- Align new products and feature launch activities with promotional actions to ensure the product’s value proposition is effectively conveyed.
- Follow up on the whole life cycle for new features, so: goals and requirements are clearly defined; tasks for everyone are clear; execution doesn’t get blocked; and new features impact is analyzed and learned from.
- Spread a quality assurance culture within the organization.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
- Background in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Some hands-on experience in product management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills and a data-informed mindset, you will need to draw insights from varied data sources.
- A customer-oriented mindset, you will need to empathize with and anticipate the needs of users.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as Figma and Miro is a plus.
- Knowledge of the LMS industry or Math Education is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
