What your day will look like:
Understand our customers’ infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc
Be the first point of communication at a technical level.
Take ownership of the client delivery for all the integration processes and timelines.
Makes sure the integration tasks are defined and executed efficiently according to the definition and roadmap.
Design the best integration solution.
You’ll be working and giving support to the Dev and the customer success teams.
Identify new product features that will improve the onboarding process.
You’ll help with the documentation of the process you follow.
L2 support Level.
The experience you’ll need:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Tech studies, or in any other related field.
2-3 years experience in SaaS integrations.
Advanced level of SQL.
Python knowledge.
You have an analytic and resolutive mindset
Previous experience in IT projects.
You have the technical knowledge and you understand how systems behave.
Previous experience working with REST APIs is desirable.
Fluent English.
