Compensation & Perks
💰 The salary range of this role is €50,000 to €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the role
We are looking for a Information Security Manager (ISM) to help us on our mission to reinvent the future of credit.
ISM will be in charge of the overall responsibility of the SecOps enterprise information security program and will protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data through a structured approach encompassing prevention, detection, response, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents.
- Daily-based security operations: (1) identification of critical information, (2) data flow diagram and threats analysis, (3) analysis of vulnerabilities, (4) assessment of risk, and (5) application of countermeasures
- Execute projects and process improvements to identify potential opportunities, resolve constraints, and support business activities that constantly improve Tymit’s overall cybersecurity posture.
- Address security requirements in the software life cycle (SDLC): Security testing and validation of developed software.
- Participation in the design of new It Services & Platform architecture
- Security testing coordination: Pentesting, vulnerability and Red Teaming
- Third parties security services coordination: SOC capabilities
- Security dashboard and KPIs drawing up
- Provide security coaching, guidance, and assistance to Tymit staff and supervise that the Tymit teams work according to Tymit policy and in security compliance.
What you will bring along
- +8 years of experience as a security professional
- Relevant and well-regarded certifications in security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, OWSE OWSP CRISC
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
