As the Forntend Tech Lead at Last.app, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing our front-end technology strategy. You will lead a team of talented developers, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  

• Drive the architectural vision for our front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Hands-on coding and development, setting the standard for high-quality, efficient, and maintainable front-end code.
  

• Stay current with front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development processes.
  

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to front-end development.
  

• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems
  

Requisitos

• Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  

• Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
