Engineering Director, Candy Tech Leadership Team en Barcelona

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Director to join the Candy Tech Leadership Team (CTLT). Reporting directly to the Candy Crush Saga Head of Engineering & QA, this role is crucial in refining business processes and driving operational efficiencies to improve strategic execution across our Candy Global Tech organization.

You will ensure effective collaboration with Candy tech- and engineering teams, and work closely together with production leads, tech directors, and engineering leads. Your contributions will deliver substantial business value by improving process efficiencies and operational strategies.

Your role within our Kingdom

• Business Process Leadership: Lead the development and refinement of technical, engineering, and business processes with other CTLT members. Focus on operational efficiency to enhance productivity and strategic output of the Candy Tech organization. Develop and coordinate operational plans that streamline processes and align with our strategic direction and goals.

• Strategic Collaboration and Influence: Work with for King Tech integral partners to ensure technical/security alignment, with craft leads to strengthen team and craft alignment, and ensure organizational OKRs and strategic objectives are met through refined and well-executed processes and projects.

• Governance and Operational Communication: Oversee governance processes within the domain, facilitate key communications, and serve as a strategic thought partner to both internal and external leaders. Emphasize clarity and continuous feedback to optimize OKR operations.

• Advanced Project Management: Lead critical projects and pivotal initiatives, focusing on work enhancements, organizational changes, and the planning and execution of significant events like offsites and all-hands meetings.

• Ownership of Process Improvement: Serve as a partner and advisor in core business processes; design and champion efficient operational frameworks that improve speed and efficiency across teams, integrating advanced process management tools and methodologies.
