Trekksoft is hiring a full remote, Digital Marketing Specialist.
TrekkSoft is looking for a talented all-round marketer to drive lead generation in close collaboration with the Sales and Onboarding teams. Join us in a highly diverse job in a dynamic and international environment, with lots of opportunities to make an impact!
Responsibilities
- You will own the Marketing delivery and be responsible for lead generation and conversion in all its facets.
- Work closely with the Sales and Onboarding team to refine the customer focus and define the marketing strategy for TrekkSoft. Continuously create marketing initiatives that drive lead generation.
- Be an all-rounder, feeling at home in digital marketing and its many facets (content & copywriting, SEO and PPC, datamining, cold & warm email campaigns, marketing automation, brand and positioning, etc...).
- Be skilled in planning and coordinating while also being willing to dive in and actively participate in executing most of the marketing initiatives alongside your teammates.
- Take part in customer communication to deliver value for our customer base.
- Spend about 20% of your time developing the marketing initiatives for a separate product line of TrekkSoft (under its own branding).
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience with various roles in digital marketing in a SaaS environment. Experience with B2B marketing is a must.
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to plan, coordinate and execute larger projects
- Experience with setting up the lead conversion funnel, defining and tracking KPIs, and driving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, taking a data-driven approach to derive insights from the funnel.
- Extensive experience with a CRM such as Hubspot or similar is a must.
- Ability to work on and coordinate PPC and SEO.
- Flawless written English and strong communication skills. You will be involved in both lead and customer communication, and writing will be part of your job.
- Other languages are a plus, especially as you’ll be working with translators (Spanish, German, Italian).
- Knowledge of and experience working in travel tech is a strong plus.
- A flexible mindset and a hands-on approach - most of your time will be spent on execution.
- An EU passport, or work permit for the EU.
