We are looking for an Advertising Graphic designer and video editor who designs assets with a conversion focus and reaches out to new asset proposals through benchmarks of the competitors and/or other brands that inspire us.

Your challenge & roles:

  • Static & Video Assets Design Responsible
  • Brief Ads creation & trend researcher
  • Content processing

Your responsibilities 🚀

  • Edit video content focused on ads for Meta, TikTok & YouTube.

  • Design Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube ads & Google Display & Discovery ads.

  • Create briefs for internal content (asset control), external creators (Growtag & individual cases), and platforms (Billo & TikTok Creators Marketplace).

  • Be updated with the latest trends of each paid media channel (Meta, YT and Tiktok) through webinars, participating in creative workshops with our accounts managers and with the Brand team.

  • Continuously research trends and find ways to implement them into your designs to expand the Tropicfeel identity and engagement of your creations.

  • Brief externals for Performance content creation.

  • Review external UGC material from content creators.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to design static assets such as photo montages, banners, and digital displays, and basic video assets such as product demos, tutorial videos, and brand videos.
  • Incorporate Tropicfeel's brand guidelines and design aesthetic to create visually engaging and on-brand assets.
  • Work with the marketing and e-commerce team to understand the requirements for different channels and campaigns and design assets accordingly.
  • Utilize existing photography and footage to produce short-form videos that can be used across various channels such as social media, YouTube, and email campaigns.
  • Test and optimize the assets for different screen sizes, resolutions, and placements.
  • Adjust lighting, color, composition, and cropping as needed to create visually pleasing and engaging images for various channels such as the website, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Retouch images to remove blemishes, adjust skin tones, ensure product color resemblance, and enhance overall quality.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the consistency and coherency of the photography content with the guidelines.
  • Organize and tag all product and lifestyle images according to Tropicfeel's established taxonomy and metadata standards.
  • Ensure that all images are properly tagged and labeled so that they can be easily found and used across various channels and campaigns.

    What are we looking for?🕵️

    • Advanced in English & Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital advertising and/or graphic design in a fast-paced environment (start-up and/or agency).
    • Proficient in video editing and Photoshop.
    • Be a person with a creative mindset and a proactive attitude.
    • Interest and/or experience in digital advertising.
