    Want to Be Part of This Growth? Here's What We're Looking For:

    A Data Associate Lead to lead global media audience data operations for one of our largest clients. This role requires a deep understanding of data strategy, taxonomy development, and data governance within a media agency context.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of global data management strategies, focusing on audience data as a strategic asset.
    • Oversee the refinement and adoption of audience taxonomies across all regions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    • Partner with regional media teams to identify strategic data opportunities, implement workflow improvements, and drive adoption of best practices.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency teams, and technology partners.
    • Develop data-driven KPIs and reporting to track progress and demonstrate value.
    • Effectively navigate a complex organizational structure and manage competing priorities.
    • Provide guidance and training to regional teams on data management processes and tools.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in data management, data governance, and audience data strategy within a media agency setting.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement data taxonomies and governance frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of the media data ecosystem and programmatic advertising landscape.
    • Experience working with DMPs, CDPs, and other data platforms.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience with CPG/FMCG clients is a plus.
