Want to Be Part of This Growth? Here's What We're Looking For:
A Data Associate Lead to lead global media audience data operations for one of our largest clients. This role requires a deep understanding of data strategy, taxonomy development, and data governance within a media agency context.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of global data management strategies, focusing on audience data as a strategic asset.
Oversee the refinement and adoption of audience taxonomies across all regions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Partner with regional media teams to identify strategic data opportunities, implement workflow improvements, and drive adoption of best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency teams, and technology partners.
Develop data-driven KPIs and reporting to track progress and demonstrate value.
Effectively navigate a complex organizational structure and manage competing priorities.
Provide guidance and training to regional teams on data management processes and tools.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in data management, data governance, and audience data strategy within a media agency setting.
Proven ability to develop and implement data taxonomies and governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of the media data ecosystem and programmatic advertising landscape.
Experience working with DMPs, CDPs, and other data platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with CPG/FMCG clients is a plus.
