We are currently seeking a highly driven Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Madrid, Spain. Performance Objectives
- Safeguard information assets by helping to identify and escalate security events in accordance with local policy and procedure.
- Collaborate on defined risk remediation across functional teams as required.
- Make recommendations for changes or improvements to current systems.
- Ensure company information assets are kept up to date with security tools and meet our requirements.
- Provide supporting documentation, policy, and procedure maintenance.
- Participate in other general security or compliance-related projects as assigned.
- Respond to unknowns in the environment and document or update procedural response measures to security issues
- Work on security-related projects, including assessment, design, and deployment of configuration management systems, and perform regular security assessments of existing infrastructure
- Ensure that due care is used to mitigate and treat risks to the confidentiality, availability and integrity of systems or data

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a three or four-year college or university
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
