What will your responsibilities be?
– Create, program, and develop robust solutions
– Be responsible for your own testing and the overall quality of your production
– Constantly improve the solution
– Mentor and lead team members
– Collaborate with other teams and users across the company to identify ways to improve and leverage product capabilities
Technical Skills:
– At least 4 years of experience in C# (preferably .Net 7)
– Deep knowledge of SQL (Azure Managed)
– Experience creating your own automated tests (Unit or Integration Tests)
– Handling containerization technologies (preferably AKS/Kubernetes)
– Practical experience working with messaging technologies (preferably Kafka)
– Good knowledge of design patterns
– Good knowledge of architectural best practices (CI/CD, APM, SRE)
Desirable:
– Cloud-based technologies (preferably Azure)
– Working with NoSQL technologies (preferably MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or CosmosDB)
– Infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Soft Skills:
– Customer orientation
– Organization: able to prioritize and coordinate work teams
– Analytical thinking: analyze data and insights from multiple sources and draw informed conclusions
– Work in a dynamic environment
– Continuous improvement in knowledge and skills
– Collaboration and team management
– High level of English, equivalent to C1 spoken and written
