For this role you would need an eligibility to work in Spain (no visa support provided).
What will be my challenges? 🚀
- The core challenge for us in building a modern PrivacyOps platform is simple: How do we design, architect, and implement cross-functional workflows with data operations that minimises privacy risk while delivering end-to-end data rights to customers?
- How can we build a cohesive ecosystem of integrations so that Query Layer is there for companies to ensure privacy of customer data anywhere and anytime irregardless of the data stack?
- Write code, which brings together AWS, infrastructure, platform, frameworks and SaaS technologies that form the core of our architecture
- Ship changes to production in your first week and features in your first month.
- Building the infrastructure & tools needed to execute data rights requests and privacy operations across a companies entire data stack
- While we're singularly focused on building a modern PrivacyOps platform, it's inevitable that we'll work on an Open Data Rights standard for the future of the internet.
What skills do I need? 📖
- You are experienced in Python and/or another OO language.
- Knowledgeable in the testing pyramid (Unit Tests, Integration Tests, E2E Tests).
- Minimum experience: +3 years in a similar position or as a full-time freelancer.
- Experience in building integration architectures and connectors to third-party APIs
- AWS experience
- An understanding on microservices architecture and principles
- You can communicate in English and Spanish
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Knowledge about code patterns such as factories, decorators, adaptors, etc.
Bonus skills & attributes 🎖
- Knowledge related to Continuous Integration Environments.
- Airflow & FastAPI an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant programming knowledge in other languages.
- Having built a scalable infrastructure from scratch.
- Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.
- Genuine enjoyment of technology and a good understanding of Startup culture.
- Knowledge of encrypted data flows and encryption of data at rest.
- Experience in Data Privacy, Security or Governance Projects and Products
