Responsibilities

As a Backend Developer at Touché, you’ll collaborate with the development of a wide variety of amazing projects to build up our technical roadmap. Ready to be part of one of the best development team you've ever seen?

You will use agile based methodologies, to understand our business initiatives and turn those into shippable products, and will contribute to our technical evolution by sharing your knowledge and research with our engineering team.

What Touché needs from you:

• Degree in Computer Science.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in Back-end Development.
• Excellent analytical skills and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Knowledge and experience in JavaEE/Kotlin especially in RXJava.
• Knowledge and experience in Docker and uServices.
• Knowledge and experience in messaging and integration patterns servers as Active MQ, Kafka or similar.
• Knowledge and experience using Git, especially Gitlab since it is the company tool.
• Strong knowledge and experience applying SOLID principles.



Nice to Have

• Knowledge in Micronaut.
• Knowledge in Kubernetes.
• Information Management Systems: Atlassian Suite (JIRA & Confluence)

Contract Type
Full time permanent Contract with 6 month of initial trial.

The Hiring Process

1. Call with the person to check its interest and explain the process.
2. Send the Kata.
3. If the Kata result is ok ask for a personal interview to do a live code review.
4. If the live code review goes fine, the candidate becomes finalist.
5. Once one candidate is elected, will receive an offer.

Salary Range
40.000€ - 50.000€
