What You'll Do

• Develop and implement ASO strategies to ensure our games rank highly in search results and improve visibility across Apple Store and Google Play.
• Build and optimize Apple Search Ads (ASA) to improve campaign performance, targeting, and cost efficiency.
• Plan and follow up on traffic and other marketing initiatives to ensure they align with our overall goals.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, such as User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Creative, to synchronize app store strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal collaborators to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Share recommendations and insights with other team members to improve discoverability and increase conversion rates using analytics.
• Report to the Head of Organic Growth, providing insights and expertise to craft data-driven decisions and maintain our games' competitiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in ASO and ASA management, showcasing outstanding skills in app store optimization and search ads strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to support effective marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal and external collaborators.
• A passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• An approach geared towards continuous improvement.
