In our Customer Support Analytics team, we are focused on empowering our Customer Support department to make data-informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and optimize business operations. Whether it’s designing dashboards to give Managers visibility into their team performance, or offering recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, our work is diverse and impactful. What you will do
- In this role, you will elicit business data requirements, and identify data sources and required data elements. You will be responsible for performing data validation and integration activities.
- You will translate business data needs to specific technical requirements and tasks.
- By overseeing the data warehouse, source system tables, and transformations necessary for reporting, you will ensure that business users have access to reliable data.
- You will be responsible for the whole ETL/ELT solution and design new sustainable solutions from the ground up.
- In cooperation with our Data Engineering team, you will build scalable and manageable data intelligence solutions.
- You will diagnose data quality issues, make recommendations, and guide corrective and/or preventive actions.
What you will need
- Your previous experience in the area of Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills.
- Understanding of data integration tools, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling concepts, and data warehouse architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and DWH platforms.
- You are fluent in English and have clear and effective communication skills.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick changes and where your work can have a visible business impact.
- You are curious and have a desire to experiment and try different ways of solving problems.
- Your inquisitive and analytical problem-solving mindset.
