The Role 🤔
We are looking for a senior iOS Engineer who will work across different value stream teams, take ownership, care about architecture and maintainability, and pay attention to the details that make an app feel solid and polished — not only making features work, but making them reliable and scalable over time.
You will collaborate closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end: participating in technical discussions, defining solutions, implementing them, and ensuring quality once they are in production.
Requirements 🧐
- 3 years being Staff Engineer/Chapter Lead/Principal
- Experience managing cross team initiatives from the IOs perspective: solid principles in testing strategies, working with legacy code, architecture, design system, security, instrumentation.
- Experience working with design team.
- Product mindset.
- Strong experience working with Swift.
- Experience working with RxSwift & SwiftUI.
- Working knowledge of mobile architectures like MVVM, VIPER…
- Experience testing your code (snapshot, unit, integration…).
- Experience with Continuous Integration.
- Experience with Agile & SCRUM.

• Have worked with a scalable design system and understand how to build reusable UI components aligned with design and product.
• Actively coach and mentor teammates, improving code quality and engineering practices within the team.
• Are comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives and coordinating with backend, product, QA and design stakeholders.
• Have owned features through their full lifecycle: technical definition, development, testing, release to the App Store and production monitoring.
• Take responsibility not only for writing code, but for delivering reliable product outcomes.
