We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team of professionals.
What are the functions?
- As a servant leader, promotes adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.
- Utilizes lean-agile tools and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitates team progress toward goals and commitments through improvements in quality, predictability, and flow.
- Ensures the team is utilizing agile ceremonies effectively such as daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives to maximize value delivery. Actively participates in and/or facilitates these ceremonies.
- Aids the team to improve team dynamics, performance, and management of conflicts through application of agile principles.
- Supports and coaches all team members and builds collaborative, transparent relationships throughout the enterprise to assist the team with managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and resolving impediments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience on a product development team using agile/scrum methodology, in order to provide some flexibility to folks newer to the role but having the right characteristics of a successful Scrum Master. Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum preferred, such as Scaled Agile (SAFE), Kanban
- License/Certification: Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Practitioner preferred
