Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager, this role will support the Product team on designing, building, launching and supporting digital experiences for the Olympics.com platform (Business 2 Business & Business 2 People)
This Project Manager will help the team drive enhancements and new product experiences, ensuring the quality and schedule of the tasks needed to accomplish the project. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the entire product delivery lifecycleCreate Product (s) delivery timeline aligned with global roadmap, milestones, tasks and dependenciesPerforms risk management of each product (s) deliveryCoordinates communication among design, product & development teamsCoordinate and plan sprintsMonitor stories acceptance following up with relevant stakeholder or QA teamPrioritize bugs in coordination with Product managerReport product status/ risks on weekly basisMonitor deployments on testing and production environmentsJOB QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity for a digital property, including all aspects of process definition, development, execution and delivery.Experience with Olympic Games Project management is a strong pre-requisite.Proficient understanding of business solutions, such as Document Management, CRMs, Business Web Technology, etc.Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana.Fluent spoken and written English.Available to travel, if required by immediate supervisor.A technical mindset with great attention to detail.High quality organizational and leadership skills.Consistently delivers projects on-time and in-scope.Experience in estimating and measuring project velocity.Excellent written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills.Good people skills; sees the importance of working and delivering as a team.Ability to assess infrastructure needs, maintain systems, and execute on operational goals.Workplace & Environment
