About the project
We are embarking on an ambitious journey to improve and scale Cloud Solutions supporting the SDLC for one of our main clients. Ensuring their robustness and high performance.
About your day-to-day:
- You will be in charge of leading a team of senior developers building an internal platform, tools, and solutions (B2B) to improve the efficiency of the SDLC.
- Define a detailed roadmap for the product in the production stage, outlining specific early development milestones.
- You will see the big picture and propose solutions to ensure efficient and optimized use of resources to achieve the end goals of the team as tools and product developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision, translating business needs to technical requirements and, aligning them with technical feasibility.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the team members, helping them grow professionally.
- Provide constructive feedback to direct reports to enhance their performance and promote a culture of high morale across the organization through exemplary behaviour.

Key qualifications and skills
- Extensive experience (+4 years) in leadership roles building and delivering software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while contributing technically to projects.
- +8 Years of experience building end-to-end solutions, including cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP,...) ideally with Python or Java.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and their impact on ensuring the robustness and scalability of the solutions.
- Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines including their definition, creation and management.
- Previous experience aligning business and tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading technical developer’s squads and mentoring.
Special requirement
For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and be available to work full-time onsite.
