The Position:
UX/UI Designer (Product Designer)

Reporting to SVP of Product Management and working very closely with the UX/UI team lead, the Software Business Analysts, and Product owner. This role will be responsible for one of the product areas, designing the way that allows the users to use our product intuitively. Also, this position should propose new usability ideas, always focusing on user needs but not leaving aside the possible technical implications and constraints. Make sure to use and follow the current design system. Other duties of this role are to provide valuable documentation for the Product team and Developers, making sure the proposed ideas are correctly implemented.


Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:
-Propose easy-to-use designs, focus on the customer, following the current Design System, patterns, and best practices for a web-based platform.
-Work together with a cross-functional team & stakeholders to make sure we are providing value to our customers.
-Find a way that allows the users to use our product intuitively. Designing new features and proposing improvements will make the product easier to use, always focusing on customer needs but not leaving aside the possible technical constraints.
-Get a profound knowledge of our Design System to use it correctly to propose improvements or develop new functionality following guidelines, patterns, etc.  
-Coordinate with Team lead and other team members to ensure consistency and accurate communication.
-Documenting all your approved work to be traceable and self-sustainable to help Product-Designer and Developers to create and develop our product.
-Create prototypes to help with the definition and expected behavior.
-Stay up-to-date with the best practices, design patterns, and anti-patterns throughout various industries and platforms.
-Support the Engineering team in developing the defined, approved proposal.  
-Work daily with software like; Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch & Figma, Prototyping, wireframing tools, and Google suite.


What do you need:

Must-have
-We are looking for a Product Designer with at least 2-3 years of experience.
-Proven experience using Design systems, prototyping, visual & interaction design.
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google suite, Sketch/Figma, and prototyping tools.
-Proficient in spoken and written English.

Bonus-Points
-Previous experience in data visualization will be an extra advantage.
-Digital solid knowledge: HTML5 and CSS3, responsive design, multi-platform, browsers compatibility.
