Job Description

If you are looking to start your career as a UX/UI designer within an international and innovative team, this is the place for you!

We are looking for a user experience & user interface, graphic design, visual design or similar student to join our development team as a UX/UI Design Intern and put into practice what they have learned during their studies, collaborating on various international projects from different industries and being part of an incredible team.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in the design of digital products, following design principles focused on the user and attending to the client needs
  • Conduct design research: application of research techniques such as usability tests, ethnography, benchmarking or co-creation
  • Help to conduct user research and user testing
  • Participate in the design of graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Be part of high-performance projects for international clients
  • Be part of an agile team and collaborate with all your team members
  • Enjoy a very collaborative and open atmosphere

Experience & Skills:

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • A portfolio of design projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great understanding of user-centred design methodologies
  • Interaction and visual design skills
  • The ability to deal with some level of ambiguity
  • The ability to successfully communicate design decisions to stakeholders
  • An interest in running or assisting in user research is a plus
  • The ability to speak fluent English (Provable minimum B2+) as we work with international clients
  • Agile/Scrum experience

Location:

We have a Remote first culture, but you can also work from our WeWork offices located in Madrid center.
