Role between Tech, Ops and Data. You will start doing semi-manual operations to understand all the system and as soon you feel more comfortable you will start being able to automate these processes or jump into the app team.

What will you do?

  • Analyze and implement solutions for issues that are raised by users through customer support
  • Validate IDs and other documents manually and identify opportunities to improve the algorithm
  • Analyze in detail past cases of fraud
  • Define patterns of fraud cases
  • Implement fraud control practices
  • Help to build and standardize monetization procedures
  • Lead some logistics of our daily work with partners
  • Dealing with anti money laundering policies and other legal requirements
  • Be able to understand in detail all money flows that users can do through the app
  • Being able to detect potential scamming ways

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • Analytic mindset and decision making
  • Interested in learning how to code / becoming a developer
  • Knowledge and interest about fraudulent behaviors
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Knowledge about scammer behaviours
  • Attitude and proactive thinking
  • Ability to anticipate and prevent, thinking always one step ahead
  • Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing
Nice to have
    • Previous experience in the fintech sector
    • Knowledge about SQL or strong willing to learn about it
    • Experience in a similar role
