We are growing our Lab Engineering team to work with one of our major clients with millions of users worldwide to manage a tech team working in a lab of consumer products. As a Lab Engineer, you will be working with cutting-edge technologies and legacy products but also state-of-the-art products not released yet.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for servers, systems, nets and security administration using tools like Ansible, Grafana, Docker and Jenkins
Improve automation using Python scripting
Incident and problem management
Manage project infrastructure for your team
Support other teams to set up connections, networks, VPNs, etc.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a senior system administration-related role
Knowledge of Linux/Unix
Scripting knowledge in Python to improve automation scripts
Working proficiency in English: spoken and written
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience using Ansible, Grafana, Docker and Jenkins
Desired experience/skills:
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
Highly comfortable working in a Mac environment and experience with iOS platforms and OS X are highly preferred
Knowledge of other scripting languages is a plus
Strong understanding of an array of computer equipment, peripherals, mobile devices as well as standard software applications
Education
- BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Telecommunication or related fields. Alternatively, equivalent experience.
