If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at creative problem-solving, and are passionate about driving transformative change through technology, this is the perfect role for you. Join us to make a significant impact and help revolutionize the travel industry!

    • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and high-quality code standards.
    • Drive the architectural decisions and technical strategy for the Lodging Rates team.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, pricing and market management, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

An ideal candidate has:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
    • Strong technical expertise in building scalable systems and data-driven applications.

    • Proficient in applying first principles thinking to break down complex problems and develop fundamental solutions.
    • Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for the team's projects.
    • Ability to dive deep into complex technical issues and provide detailed insights and solutions.
