About the role

We're looking for an SEO Manager to drive organic traffic growth and enhance our online visibility. You'll support us in developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our goals. Working within the Organic Growth team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our website and content are optimised for search engines.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the development and implementation of Revolut SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and attract new customers
  • Conducting market and keyword research to identify growth opportunities
  • Producing and managing SEO-optimised content for landing pages and blogs
  • Measuring performance of SEO initiatives, and defining data-driven insights to build a solid, prioritised action plan that brings growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Working with and communicating the impact of SEO initiatives to different business stakeholders
  • Ensuring content follows SEO, legal, and brand guidelines

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company)
  • A deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other industry-standard tools
  • Experience conducting keyword research and identifying content gap
  • A data-driven approach and awareness of the importance of appropriately quantifying your work
  • Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines
