We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our international product development team.


Your responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end UX design process within the product development team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the technical team.
  • Be an advocate for a simple and clear user experience based on a deep understanding of our users' needs.
  • Plan and conduct user research and user testing.
  • Analyze and define user problems.
  • Visually communicate and present solutions by creating prototypes, wireframes, flow diagrams...
  • Analyze relevant UX trends within our competitive landscape.
  • Create and uphold best practices in terms of Data Visualization and Information Architecture (IA).

Job requirements

Your knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS B2B products.
  • Strong emphasis on user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience with relevant tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
  • Experience working in an Agile start-up to the scale-up environment.
  • Ability to empathize with our user base and understand their needs.
  • Ability to bring across our user needs internally, to both our commercial and technical teams.
  • Affinity with or willingness to learn about bookkeeping and financial management workflows.
