Job Description

We are expanding our Testing team, and while job titles aren't too important to us, we call this role QA Engineer. The key is having experience with manual or automated testing and a constant desire to keep learning.

Our vision is to build multidisciplinary teams that self-manage projects in an AGILE way, directly handling them to find and implement the best solutions. 😊

What will you do?

  • Design and implement robust QA automation frameworks from the ground up, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders, understand their requirements, and guide them through the adoption of best QA practices.
  • Work closely with development teams, project managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of testing pipelines within CI/CD environments.
  • Operate within Agile frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, pipeline integration, and continuous improvement of the testing process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with proven expertise in designing and implementing testing frameworks and strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for writing automation scripts.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or similar frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end testing, API testing, and performance testing.
  • Ability to independently handle client engagements, assess their needs, and deliver strategic testing solutions.
  • Strong background working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and contributing to cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience integrating test automation into Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Team Player.
