About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product development efforts within our Agile team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in managing complex product lifecycles who thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer-centric solutions.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and coordinate releases. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, optimize ROI and align product vision with customer needs.
What we need
- π Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile teams.
- π Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, defining detailed acceptance criteria, and prioritising features based on customer and business value.
- π Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum), including iteration planning, release management, and risk mitigation.
- π£οΈ Excellent communication skills to align development teams, stakeholders, and customers with the product vision.
- β€οΈ A customer-centric mindset with the ability to champion customer needs in product decisions.
- πΌ Business-led thinking to prioritise product decisions.
- π Experience coordinating international teams is a plus!
You will
- π Lead backlog management, defining clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- π Drive iteration and release planning, ensuring alignment with product and sprint goals.
- π€ Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of the product vision.

- π Monitor and evaluate post-deployment performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
- π Take ownership of the release management lifecycle, from testing and validation to documentation.
