Bumble is looking for an outstanding, technically-minded Senior Product Manager to join our team, working on the recommender platform, which serves profiles to our users across multiple interfaces within Bumble and Badoo apps. This role will be based in London, reporting to the People Recommendations, Product Lead.

You’ll be focused on improving our platform’s ability to predict a level of interest a user has in any given profile, utilising explicit and implicit signals from user behaviour. You’ll dive deep into learning what data is best to be used to determine relevance depending on user goal and intention within each interface, and will lead the effort to incorporate fine grained user preferences into the recommender platform.

Bumble was first founded to challenge the antiquated rules of dating. Now, Bumble empowers users to connect with confidence, whether dating, networking, or meeting friends online. We’ve made it not only necessary but acceptable for women to make the first move, shaking up outdated gender norms. We prioritise kindness and respect, providing a safe online community for users to build new relationships.
