About the FinTech Team
At Kiwi.com, our FinTech team is dedicated to providing a seamless customer payment experience from a UX perspective and ensuring the most cost-efficient payment processing.     What you will do

  • You will take the ownership of the team roadmap, championing intuitive and user-centric solutions.
  • You’ll be responsible for setting and achieving domain-specific OKRs and KPIs that echo our dedication to excellence.
  • As a collaborative leader, you will engage regularly with our Kiwi.com Specialists, Engineers, and Analysts who are also passionate about refining our payment processes.
  • You’ll be leading the design thinking process, taking charge of product discovery, and collaborating on technical discovery, ensuring a harmonious blend of creativity and functionality.
  • You will interact and synergize with counterparts on cross-functional initiatives; lead or contribute significantly to these collaborations.
  • With a keen eye on nurturing inclusivity and innovation, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and steering the FinTech long-term strategy and vision.
  • What you will need

  • You possess a well-rounded background in product management, including a documented history of introducing successful, market-responsive products.
  • You demonstrate expertise in leading impactful cross-functional projects and nurturing collaborative relationships among a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to collaborate intimately with software engineering teams to guide the development of features, covering both the technical and user-centric aspects.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret detailed customer insights and translate into actionable product requirements, like use cases and metric definitions.
  • You maintain an enthusiastic commitment toward achieving goals, coupled with a passion for product development and a dedication to delivering optimal outcomes.
  • You show a sincere willingness to embrace new learning opportunities, address challenges with poise and innovation, and continually evolve in your role.
  • You exhibit natural leadership abilities that encourage and uplift your team, guiding project progression effectively even without formal authority.
  • You are fluent in English, enriched by clear, thoughtful, and compassionate communication skills.
