What will I be doing? 🤔

    • Defining your team’s strategy: Set up Objectives and Key results aligned with the vision, mission, and company’s objectives.
    • Turning facts into insights: Capture opportunities from a wide range of inputs by getting regular user touchpoints, researching, analyzing data, and benchmarking the industry.
    • Owning your team’s roadmap: Prioritise the most impactful opportunities for your team, keeping the focus on delivering outcomes.
    • Fostering collaboration: Collaborate with your team and help them champion forward-thinking strategies in order to tackle the opportunities you identified.
    • Launching Projects: Lead the rollout of your team’s projects, regularly update users & stakeholders, evaluate (quantitative and qualitative) the success of the solutions deployed.
    • Demonstrating team leadership: Bring your team together, leverage the synergies, keep your team strong and healthy.

What do we need from you? 😎

    • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile.
    • Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
    • Proven experience leading a team.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Nice to have: Experience in the logistics/transport industries.
