We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to help create seamless, delightful identity verification flows for millions of users. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that drive conversion and foster trust, all while ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
As part of our highly collaborative and diverse Product Design team, you’ll work alongside 3 other designers from across the globe. Each designer partners with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team to craft impactful solutions. Together, we aim to establish our products as the trusted hub for people’s identity, delivering a world-class experience.
You will refine and iterate on end user-facing flows to optimize conversion and usability. You will also build and maintain a flexible design system for easy customization. You’ll take ownership of the entire product design process, from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, an ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a deep understanding of UX best practices to create accessible, optimized flows.
