You will be focused on driving high-quality leads and conversions through targeted paid advertising efforts. A key part of your role will involve continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance, reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Understanding the sales cycle will be crucial, particularly in the SaaS enterprise environment where long sales cycles are common. You will need to align performance marketing strategies to support this extended sales process. Furthermore, cross-channel integration will be essential to ensure cohesive and seamless marketing efforts across all paid channels, supporting the company’s broader marketing objectives.

In your role, you will make an impact by….

    • Campaign Development and Execution: Create, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hotel Tech Report, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Optimization and Testing: Implement A/B testing, optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the content marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for broader marketing initiatives.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the SaaS industry to continuously improve campaign strategies.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
    • Expert Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
    • Google and LinkedIn advertising and analytic platforms (required)
    • Proficiency in using social media advertising tools.
    • Strong understanding of funnel-based performance marketing practices.
    • Growth mindset with a bias toward action
    • A leader who works in the team - you like "doing" and getting your hands dirty
    • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
    • Comfortable working in a remote work environment.
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You are ideally someone who has….

    • Experience in a SaaS enterprise sales environment with long sales cycles is highly preferred.
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) is a plus.

And most importantly, what's in it for you...

    • Working in a global, diverse, and collaborative team
    • Flexible working hours allowing you the freedom to shape your work-life
    • Remote-friendly environment and budget for home office equipment
    • On-going career development, training, and coaching
    • Six days for learning & development
    • Celebrate in style at our team events (in-person and virtually)
    • Social benefits and perks based on location
