What You'll Do:

CRITEO is looking for a Senior IT Scrum Master to join his Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Departement.

After successfully adopting AGILE “Spotify” organization framework, Internal IT department is specifically in charge of two key supportive missions:

  • providing internal IT solutions and services needed to support Criteo business and IT users, operations and projects in their daily lives with a fast and agile approach.

  • Supporting strategic evolution of Criteo and offering smart and innovative solutions while ensuring cost efficiency, privacy, security and compliance.

Internal IT vision is to be: A clockwork delivery factory and best-in-class business partnership, maximizing value for our customers. We create business value through our technology and IIT talents, and empower all our business teams with user-centric IT products and services.

IIT is a centralized function within Criteo, and managed as one global community with common goals, processes, and ways of working. IIT has successfully adopted an AGILE “Spotify like” organization framework and processes. Internal IT department encompasses End-user services, End-user support, infrastructure and data services, and business application services for all Criteo employees and Criteo departments.

Within IIT, Core Finance & Monetize tribe’s mission statement stands in one ambition: Ensure that Criteo invoices & get paid and provide custom solutions to all Criteo. Monetize IT Applications are ERP SAP ECC, SAP BRIM (Private Cloud), Sidetrade, Custom applications .Net.

Your main missions :

  • The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring Agile in general, and Scrum or any other agile framework in particular is understood and enacted. She/he ensures that the Team adheres to Agile practices, culture, values and that it understands the chosen framework's theory, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc...). She/he ensures that the team’s agile practices operate in consistency with the other tribe’s practices and partners with the other scrum masters for continuous improvement.

  • She/He is a servant-leader of the Team. She/He helps those outside the Team understand which of their interactions with the Team are helpful and which are not. She/He helps everyone change these interactions to improve the performance of the Team. She/He challenges the Team to achieve best quality, user alignment, value creation and team engagement.

  • She/He should also anticipate any impediments or new context impacting team’s performance or the organization itself and should be able to accompany & support the team to adapt and cope with those changes.

  • Active participation in the work of the Scrum master chapter, and in the pursuit of IIT's agile transformation: willing to lead and coach the organization in its Agile & Scrum adoption beyond the tribes in his/her scope

Who You Are:

Must have :

  • At least 4 years of experience as a scrum master in Agile projects or organization using Agile frameworksafter a solid experience as a project manager/ PMO or similar

  • Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment

  • Experiences working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies, from a theoretical and a practical standpoint

  • Awareness on technical practices: Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, DevOps

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enjoys working with people (facilitating and collaborating)

  • Totally autonomous and responsible for the smooth running of the team, and push the team to be as autonomous as possible.

  • Ability to enable the team to continuously increase product value
    Able to worke creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Don't hesitate to "think outside the box", be inventive to break the sprint routine and create momentum and continuous improvement.

Nice to have :

  • Experiences working with remote teams

  • Experiences working with delivery teams in India would be highly appreciated

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe

  • Finance process knowledge or experiences

  • French knowlegde
