What You'll Do
- Ship maintainable, robust and tested code in production
- Collaborate with PMs, PDs, other devs and QAs to deliver value incrementally but constantly
- Collaborate effectively with product designers to translate design concepts into functional code
- Understand our business needs to make sure you’re addressing them properly
- Liaise with the QA Engineers to test the user stories
- Identify and implement the best architectural solutions collaborating with the architects
- Help improving our way of working based on continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proficient in writing modern JavaScript using ES6 features
- Expertise in building optimized frontend applications using JavaScript bundlers and tools (Webpack, Babel)
- Strong understanding of CSS preprocessor (SASS) and BEM methodology for maintainable styles.
- Mobile first approach CSS
- Proficient in consuming and interacting with REST APIs for data retrieval and manipulation
- Familiarity with JavaScript unit testing libraries (jest, Vitest)
- Experience with Git version control system and familiarity with the principles of “you build it, you run it”
- Great team player, able to perform with little or no supervision, always willing to contribute and add value where possible.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Experience building design systems (storybook, design tokens)
- Good spoken and written level of English
Good to have:
- AlpineJS
- Tailwind/PostCSS
- Ability to read and understand php code snippets
- Performance optimizations (page speed, modularization, best practices)
- VueJS
- Template engine knowledge: blade, twig
- Experience with Docker
- Knowledge of design tools: Figma
