We are looking for a Sr. Field Product Manager to join our team and have a direct impact on sales and product roadmap for the Data Protection portfolio that includes DLP, CASB, DSPM among other capabilities. In this role, you will become the ‘go to’ person for sales engineers and account reps for topics surrounding data protection. You will also gather requirements from customers and directly work with other product managers to influence the product roadmap. You will help us meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base and be game changers in the security space. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- You are the “go to” local expert for customers and sales on the topic of data protection
- Drive sales initiatives by bringing creativity, innovative ideas and passion
- Present to customers as our expert in Data Protection strategy and vision, architecture and deployment at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from technician to CIO
- Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape that every customer needs to be aware of and planning to deal with in regards to data protection
- Discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternative
- Lead and support customer demonstrations (with our SE’s) that showcase our unique value
- Maintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationship with Product Management, R&D to drive client-based insights/feedback and future solution direction
- Provide product update and enhancement training to technical sales and architects in the region
- Support relationship expansion with top existing partners for data protection
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields an advantage
- 5-7 years of experience: Product Management (inbound/outbound), Technical Business Development, Technical Sales
- Must have working knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Protection, e.g.: Endpoint DLP, Network based DLP and Cloud Based DLP, CASB
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners and executives.
- Leadership, drive, passion and charisma – ability to persuade, sell ideas and lead without authority
- Ability to travel (30%-40%) within EMEA
- Spanish, Italian and/or French language proficiency is an advantage
