We organize our area into different vertical teams in charge of different product goals.

Every product team is accountable for its processes and outcomes and needs to become autonomous operationally.


Your Challenge πŸš€

As an Engineering Manager will support your team/teams to keep progressing by helping them in specific areas like:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team.
  • Lead the efficient delivery for time-boxed software releases, ensuring high quality and innovative feature development
  • Build roadmaps and help with the prioritization; balance the right amount of structure and planning for a fast-paced engineering team
  • Create and maintain a good environment and culture team.
  • Stay true to the principles of software development as adopted by our team.
  • Recruit and make your team grow.
  • You've successfully managed multiple teams of developers and demonstrated your ability to help people grow.
  • Advocate engineers to follow to the defined engineering practices & standards through active involvement and hands-on tracking.
  • Develop, mentor and coach your team through their various stages of their careers to ensure growth and development

Job requirements


  • At least 6-7 years of professional experience in software engineering sector.
  • Proven experience building, leading and scaling development teams
  • Experience managing agile teams and educating teams about agile principles (e.g. experience with SCRUM or Kanban).
  • Strong knowledge of web standards and protocols.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and implement ideas from conception to production-grade code.
  • Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
  • Extensive experience as a developer
  • Knowledge in software engineering best practices and writing disciplined code (automated testing, code reviews, writing maintainable code, etc...).
  • You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach
  • Experience in implementing reliable and efficient processes to accelerate development and improve quality
