Your Challenge π
As an Engineering Manager will support your team/teams to keep progressing by helping them in specific areas like:
- Manage, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team.
- Lead the efficient delivery for time-boxed software releases, ensuring high quality and innovative feature development
- Build roadmaps and help with the prioritization; balance the right amount of structure and planning for a fast-paced engineering team
- Create and maintain a good environment and culture team.
- Stay true to the principles of software development as adopted by our team.
- Recruit and make your team grow.
- You've successfully managed multiple teams of developers and demonstrated your ability to help people grow.
- Advocate engineers to follow to the defined engineering practices & standards through active involvement and hands-on tracking.
- Develop, mentor and coach your team through their various stages of their careers to ensure growth and development
