Senior Developer (Python) in Madrid or Remote

We are expanding our development teams, and while titles aren't very important to us, we call this role Senior Developer. The key is experience in software development with Python, knowledge of cloud, and a constant desire to keep learning.

Our vision is to build multidisciplinary teams that self-manage projects in an AGILE manner to find and implement the best solutions 😊

What will you do?

• Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in the design of architectures and decision-making in a constructive and co-creation dynamic.
• Work under SOLID principles.
• Be a key player in developing best practices, clean and reusable code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Over 5 years of experience working in Python.
• Experience in other back-end languages, such as C# .NET, is highly valued.
• Experience in front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue, or a willingness to learn more about it.
• Experience in architecture design.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge and application of design patterns.
• Knowledge and application of CI/CD as an indispensable part of software development.
• English: fluency is mandatory
• Good interaction and ability to work with different teams across global offices.
• Passion for technology and software development.
• Constant desire to learn and ability to learn quickly.
• Team player.
