Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst in the AXSI team, you will be the bridge between complex statistical methodologies and commercial success. While this is a hands-on technical role, it requires a strategic mindset. You won’t just run tests; you will champion the truth of performance, enabling our clients to move beyond simple attribution toward true Incrementality.

Measurement & Causal Inference

  • Go beyond basic A/B testing to design, validate, and execute sophisticated incrementality tests.
  • Help clients distinguish between correlation and causation to quantify the true value of their Criteo investment.
  • Navigate complex measurement landscapes, advising on how Criteo fits within broader measurement models (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)).

Incrementality Consulting

  • Partner with commercial teams to navigate the Measurement topic in our client relationships. You will translate complex experimental data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and commercial stakeholders, moving the conversation from what happened? to what should we do next?

Innovation & Scalability

  • Leverage our data-stack (Hadoop, Vertica, Python, SQL) to build automated, scalable solutions for measurement problems.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to ensure our measurement roadmap aligns with the reality of client needs and market evolution.

Who You Are:

The Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in analytics, with some experience with measurement, experimentation, or ad-tech would be desirable.

Tech Stack: You have experience with SQL & Python, comfortable working with large datasets and automating your workflows.

Statistics: An understanding of statistical inference, you have experience with A/B testing, hypothesis testing and causal impact.

Storytelling: You have strong communication skills. You can distill complex analysis into impactful insights for non-technical business audiences.

Team Player: You are a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive environment and are eager to share knowledge with peers.
