Job Description

⚡ Who we are
Lodgify is a fast-growing startup focused on building vacation rental software that enables property owners and managers to independently manage and market their business online. We are an international team of more than 170 people and 40 different nationalities in the heart of Barcelona, and we've been featured twice in Wired's 100 Hottest European startups list.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced C# Developer to work in an international and rapidly growing .NET startup.

You will be working in the platform team helping other teams achieve operational efficiency and excellence by constantly improving common tools and infrastructure.

🎯 What you'll do:

    • Provide the building blocks so feature squads can develop faster and safely.
    • Create and maintain critical cross-team projects in the company.
    • Ensure that our critical services are well covered by both unit and integration tests, to safely support continous delivery on them.
    • Shape the platform’s architecture by participating in discussions with other squads.
    • Use best practices to improve existing code.
    • Help the company to fully adopt microservice architecture by supporting the migration of the remainder of the platform’s monolith into microservices.
    • Print your own vision in the squad by proposing initiatives, design the right solutions for them and see them through all the way to live!
    • Actively participate in teamwork (solution design discussions, refinements, priorities definition, among other activities).
    • Maintain and improve the CI/CD artifacts that support squad’s daily operations.
    • Provide and maintain the tools we use to extract and analyze development operations data, to support company’s, department’s and squad’s goals.
    • Improve our observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the different platform’s domains.

⭐ What you need:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with C# & .Net Core.
    • Experience with REST APIs and ASP.Net Core Web projects.
    • Very good grip on SOLID principles.
    • Good practices on Unit Testing, Integration Testing, etc
    • Good knowledge of Domain-Driven Design.
    • Experience working with Entity Framework & MSSQL.
    • Experience working with container managers (e.i: Docker, K8s)
    • Excellent analysis skills to understand existing code.
    • Good skills to visualize the architectural impact of the code pieces.
    • Good level of spoken and written English
    • Experience working with microservices architecture is a plus.

      • Additional points if you have:
    • Experience working in a microservices architecture
    • Knowledge use of DevOps tech. (K8s, Docker, Helm, GCP, ...)
