Within this role, you will also enable your team to better understand how the data flows and identify any data gaps that might indicate a flaw of the system or of any operational process. Ultimately, thanks to the insights that you will generate the Product Assortment team will be able to better solve customer and business problems or tap into new business opportunities.

  • Evaluating the performance of newly introduced products (NPIs) through comprehensive analysis of sales data and provide insights to refine product offerings.
  • Identifying low-performing products or duplicates in the assortment through data-driven analysis. Collaboration with partners to discontinue underperforming products to streamline operations, reduce costs and focus resources on high-potential products.
  • Surfacing the variable cost changes of all our products over time so that the Pricing team can update the prices if needed to maintain healthy margins
  • Sharing several physical characteristics of products so that Product marketing and Product operations can analyze their portfolio of products from different dimensions and make relevant business decisions
