This exciting hybrid role offers the perfect balance of on-site collaboration and flexible work arrangements. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind our agile development process. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, foster seamless team collaboration, and spearhead the delivery of software solutions that empower sustainable fashion. Your QA expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality standards. Conduct rigorous quality control checks, implement robust quality management practices, and perform thorough audits.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of Sprint Planning, software development methodologies, and the Scrum framework.
Experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in creating and refining User Stories.
Natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the textile and apparel industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
