What is our proposal?
Join us as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and be part of the CRM team.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the CRM team to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.
You are knowledgeable in subscriber management across channels and have the ability to troubleshoot various programmatic languages that guide the design of both tactical and strategic campaigns. You have experience in creating personalized, dynamic messages, landing pages, making use of Marketing Cloud scripting languages, and are experienced with data configuration, manipulations, and advance segmentation, as well as reporting and analytics.
Which will be your main responsibilities?
- Translate business and marketing needs into well-designed technical solutions that are efficient, simple and scalable.
- Be responsible for maintaining and iterating over our Data Model and architecture in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Carrying out integrations with Marketing Cloud through API calls, SFTP, batch uploads or the Sales/Service-Marketing Cloud connector.
- Definition and implementation of processes in Automation Studio (automatic processes, advanced segmentation, SQL queries, imports, etc.)
- Generation and optimization of assets (email, push, SMS, Cloud Pages) with AMPscript, SSJS, Dynamic Content, Einstein Recommendation, etc.
- Technical implementation to improve the monitoring of Marketing campaigns, UTMs parameters and results tracking.
- Work together with our Data team & Marketing Insights team and IT team to ensure that a relevant data structure is maintained.
- Analyze campaign results, develop key performance indicators and share regular performance reports.
- Drafting of technical documents
- Keep up to date with Salesforce news, release, changes and roadmap.
