The Position:
QA Engineer Intern

Reporting to the QA Manager, this position will give support on implementing, maintaining, and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) of the company to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:
-Ensure that the organization’s IMS conforms to the customer, internal, ISO guidelines, and regulatory/legal requirements
-Work with process owners to ensure the implementation of change control activities are following company procedures and compliance requirements
-Review and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Work Instructions (WI's), and other controlled documents in collaboration with process owners and subject matter experts
-Provide advice and support to all departments on Quality Assurance, in particular to Business Technologies teams regarding ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance topics
-Develop, define the terminology used in documents to ensure easily understood by all audiences
Assist the QA Manager in. implementing, maintaining, and improving the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 - ISO 27001)
-Assist with the planning and execution of internal audits, preparation of plans and audit reports
-Assist internal audits and third-party audits (internal and external) and implement corrective actions
-Training and awareness of employees and third parties in the area of Quality

What do you need:
Must- have
-Current student in Life Science or Computing Engineering studies or a related field with the possibility of making an internship agreement with the University
-English Speak, Read & Write Proficiency
-Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001), pharmaceutical regulations: (manufacturing (GMP) and computerized systems 21 CFR Part 11 - EuGMP Annex 11), GAMP 5 guidelines on Computer System Validation (CSV)
-Basic knowledge of IT cloud tools and Google G Suite

Bonus - points
-Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles and Risk Management process
-Basic knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem: Confluence, Jira
