We are looking for a QA Lead who is eager to make an impact on people’s lives, and will run the extra mile for this. Our plan is to expand our current QA team and hire the leader who will maximize other's potential and inspire them to perform at their best.

Who you are:

You are the quality expert when it comes to the QA's mission, and you will help your team achieve the level of quality we want to see in our award-winning product.

Some of your amazing tasks:

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve our QA process
  • Lead and mentor QA team members
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases
  • Overview the design, review and execution of test cases for our product
  • Work inside a cross-functional scrum team and be involved in the whole development process.
  • Ensure that the team tests all appropriate scenarios on the latest build prior to a release
  • Own and supervise the QA flow to ensure that every Beezy release meets our quality standards
  • Become an expert of Beezy's functional knowledge

Requirements

  • Pay high attention to detail
  • Have an agile mindset, and are fast to adapt to constant changes
  • Speak fluently in English with excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team (mandatory)
  • Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality
  • You have experience and are up to date with the latest developments within the QA field

You are great at:

  • QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Analysis, verification and follow-up of bugs
  • BDD methodologies
  • Good understanding of concepts related to Web applications: HTTP, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON
  • Experience with tools like Postman or Swagger

Bonus points for having:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft technical stack (SharePoint, Office 365, .NET)
  • Javascript knowledge (especially code debugging)
  • Hands-on experience with testing automation using Selenium and web drivers
  • Proven working experience in software development

Your accomplishments (so far):

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven working experience in software quality assurance
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Hands-on experience with testing automation using Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium or similar technologies
  • Experience with different test case management tools (Zephyr, Xray, TestRail,...)
  • Experience managing and customizing Jira
