The Role
You will be part of web and mobile projects related to Private/Business Aviation for one of the major Private Aviation companies in the world.
We love to work as a team, so you will always be in contact with the development and product team in order to analyse the new features being developed, being the testing both manual and automation.
As a QA Engineer you will be in charge of the assigned automation tasks (understand the requirements of the story, write an appropriate set of test cases, code the necessary automation tests), find gaps/issues in the code/design of the testing framework, participate in code reviews for other team members, help coordinating the release process and maintaining created Continuous Integration pipeline.
You will also have the opportunity to face new challenges that will allow you to reach your potential. All this by having fun!
You are good at
- Manual and Automation (Java with Selenium) testing
- Programming language/project conventions and best practices.
- Design patterns applied in the testing framework. (E.g. PageObject)
- GIT methodology.
- Relational Databases and SQL
- ISTQB test design best practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Although not mandatory, it would be awesome if you bring some experience with Mobile testing, working with Appium.
Other nice to haves are: knowledge about building/maintaining CI pipeline and cloud testing platforms (like Browserstack). Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban are greatly appreciated!
