This position involves working within a group responsible for supporting application software testing, software integration and configuration management tasks to assure customer satisfaction with application accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
They will work within the team’s SDLC processes to create high quality systems and processes, and they will collaborate with other teams to achieve the best possible results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward our build and QA processes to ensure consistently improving quality and efficiency.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Along with IT, Business and Development; analyze, design and perform Test Plans
- Implementing, maintaining and enhancing manual tests for Web APIs and Backend applications
- Coordinate and monitor deployments of new releases
- Provide support Second level
- Improve QA process
Job Requirements
- Experience with testing Web Services and SOAP and RESTful API
- Experience with API testing tools like SoapUI, Postman, etc
- Knowledge in SCRUM and/or Kanban process
- +2 years of professional experience on a QA
- A fluent level of English
Additional Skills
- ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
- Experience on Agile development cycles and testing techniques associated to them
- Knowledge in a CI/CD workgroup environment
- Knowledge with test managment and ALM tools, preferably of the Microsoft Suite (TFS or AzureDevOps)
- Knowledge of release management processes preferably of the Microsoft Suite
