The role

As a Loyal Guru project manager, you will lead the rollout of our SaaS product in mid-large sized multicultural companies, by owning the relationship with the client during the integration process and guaranteeing a smooth experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of tightly scoped and mid-large product rollout projects, managing scope and risks to ensure delivery in line with our contractual commitments..

  • Engage with senior stakeholders and provide clear communication whilst showcasing your ability to build credibility and trust with both internal and external stakeholders, including in remote-first environments.

  • Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for client delivery, using strong interpersonal skills and clear, evidence-based, timely communication to develop trust and build an excellent working relationship.

  • Run discovery activities with clients, either during pre-sales activity or within the integration project, to elicit our clients’ high-level business objectives and create the delivery roadmap, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

  • Ensure roadmaps are prioritised by both business value and risk, to ensure that we are able to deliver a first release early and then continue to deliver value as frequently as daily from then on.

  • Proactively coordinate delivery tasks between internal and external teams to make things happen.

  • Be the bridge between our engineering team and the client’s technical team to lead change management and help to quickly solve technical issues or difficulties

  • Accurately monitor client engagements with appropriate project reporting metrics, health checks, risk management and facilitated channels. This may include weekly and monthly reports or presentations for playback to relevant internal and external stakeholders, incorporating budget requirements, resourcing needs and delivery outcomes as well as summarising issues and risks.

  • Responsible to achieve contractual commitments and meet deadlines by diplomatically protecting teams from unproductive distractions such as ad-hoc and unstructured stakeholder meetings.

  • Ensure invoicing accurately corresponds to project resource time.


Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)

  • Previous experience in Retail (mandatory).

  • You’re a friendly, empathic relationship-builder who likes helping people, being used to work with business stakeholders.

  • Organizing is your strong suit, you always work in a very structured way

  • You’re proactive, analytical thinker and posses problem solving skills.

  • You’ve a strong software development background to understand technical discussions and identify or advise required tasks.

  • Experience in the management of complex IT projects (multiple companies involved).

  • Experience with project planning and tracking tools

  • Knowledge of PMBOK best practices is essential (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred)

  • Solid understanding of software as a service (SaaS) principles
