The Role
As a Project Manager at Gray Matter, you will:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Lead the execution of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Serve as the liaison between project teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
- Communication: Ensure that all projects are communicated in a timely and clear manner to all stakeholders. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- +5 Years of Experience: Proven work experience in project management, specifically in the software development or tech industry.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams to achieve productivity and meet project goals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to all stakeholders clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and adjust project plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Project Management Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
