You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver multi-platform products that scale.
Tasks
Lead the Product evolution by identifying risks and opportunities. Aligned with OKRs of the company.
Create the Roadmap aligned with the business vision and mission and Tech Team.
Create the best connection between Business and Technology.
Plan with the team the skills and people necessary to accomplish the roadmap.
Define, maintain and track the Product KPIs, Roadmap, and Backlog.
Maintain the product backlog prioritized and prepared for each sprint.
Define User Stories with the DOR agreed with the team.
Gather the information from stakeholders to the stories.
Communicate the project's progress with involved stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between tech and product.
Ensure alignment between product and business.
KPIs product: Define and ensure Team KPIs.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment in an online business.
Acquisition and retention context background, CRM, SEM, SEO, Loyalty programs.
Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
Previous experience managing mobile products.
Knowledge in the healthcare sector.
Experience in B2B and B2C products.
